Fraudsters may try to take advantage of the stressful situation, and they can make their calls, text messages, and emails look like they’re coming from us or other financial institutions. If you’re contacted and not expecting it, never give out sensitive information.

Skipping or Modifying Loan Payments*

Your loan might qualify for Skip-A-Payment, which you can request from online banking or the mobile app. After logging in, you’ll find it in the More menu. Or contact us to talk about modifying your payments.

* Skip-a-Payment requests are subject to approval. Membership must be in good standing. By skipping the payment on a one-time basis, you are extending the term of the loan by one month and will increase the total finance charges of your loan.

If you’re experiencing food insecurity, you can find your local food bank on Second Harvest Heartland’s website. You can also call or text them at (866) 844-3663 Mon – Fri, 8am – 4:30pm for help in English, Hmong, Somali, Spanish, and other languages.

How You Can Help Others
