1APR = Annual Percentage Rate. The introductory rate is valid for purchases and balances transfers made within the first 90 days of card opening starting from the date your account is approved. Valid only for balance transfers from other credit card companies, financial institutions, or department store credit cards and not be made payable to you, cash, or to make payments toward amounts you owe Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union. After the introductory period, any balance transfers or purchases processed will incur finance charges at your card's standard rate. The standard variable APR is 11.15% — 24.00%, based on your payment and credit history.
APR is based on The Wall Street Journal Prime Rate ("Prime") plus a margin and will vary with Prime. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The maximum APR is 24%. The stated rate reflects all available discounts. New or existing Affinity Plus membership is required.
2 We require at least two years of Business and Personal tax returns for both Federal and State, including all schedules and worksheets. In some situations we may require three years of tax returns.
3 Depending upon your specific situation, we may also require the following: (1) Affinity Plus Personal Financial Statement; (2) Business Financial Statements;
and (3) Purchase Agreement for vehicle and equipment loan requests. The member advisor handling your loan request will let you know what additional documentation you'll need to provide.

date your account is approved. Purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges, balance transfers, cash advances, or person-to-person payments. Bonus points
will be credited to your account at the end of the promotional period and reflected on your MyPlus Rewards account statement within 10 business days after the 90-day promotional period ends. To receive the 40,000 bonus points, your card must
