Go paperless and use Affinity Plus’ secure Online and Mobile Banking services.
Affinity Plus will never ask you for your user ID or password.
Monitor your accounts
Monitor all statements, bills and accounts.
Regularly review your credit reports.
Look for unexpected charges on your debit or credit cards.
Note alerts that your accounts have been accessed from another computer or device.
Keep your accounts safe
Consider using a passphrase – a series of random words or sentences that mixes upper and lower-case letters and special characters.
User multi-factor authentication when available.
Be wary of unexpected notices that your account passwords have changed.
Use email safely
Never reply to emails (or text messages) that request personal information.
When in doubt, don't open attachments or click links in emails from unknown senders.
If you receive an email you weren't expecting from a sender you know, call to verify they sent it.
Stay safe online
Manually type in website addresses instead of clicking on questionable links.
Watch out for phishing websites. These present as legitimate but are simply gathering your private information.
Only do business with companies you know and trust.
Overall, be vigilant and suspicious constantly when on the internet.

Run software that comes only from reputable sources.
