Secure Messaging

Drop by one of our locations during their business hours, or skip the line and schedule an appointment.

You can also request an order pickup for things like cashier’s checks, new or replacement debit cards, notary services, and more. Then we’ll have it ready for you when you get there.

Text Banking

If you have a mobile phone that isn't able to download our mobile banking app, Text Banking is a great alternative for on-the-go access to your balances and transaction history.

How to Get Started

To use text banking, you need to first register your mobile phone number and then enable your account. In online banking, go to Tools & Alerts and select Text Banking.

Mortgage Payoff Requests

Members

You can request your mortgage payoff amount in a few different ways. Either send us a secure message from the mobile app or online banking, start a Live Chat, or call us at (800) 322‐7228.

Third Parties

Email us at mortgagepayoffs@affinityplus.org and include:

The borrower’s name, property address, loan number, payoff date needed, and the borrower’s authorization form (sent as an attachment).
