Updating your contact info, adding joint account owners, beneficiaries, and more

Account Number

Your account number, also called your MICR number, is what you’ll need to set up transfers, direct deposit, and Bill Pay. You can find it in digital banking.

  • On a mobile device & on a laptop: From your dashboard (Accounts screen), select an account, then View Account Details.

Add an Account

If you’re already an Affinity Plus member, log in to digital banking to open a new account.

  • On a mobile device & on a laptop: From the More Links menu, select Open an Account.

Beneficiaries

To add or change a beneficiary on your whole membership or just a particular account, please fill out a Beneficiary Request Form, and send it to us in a secure message from digital banking. You can also mail, fax, or drop it off at a branch.

Change Contact Information

You can update your address, phone number or email address in digital banking.

  • On a mobile device: Tap on the More Links menu, then tap your profile image (top left).
  • On a laptop: Click on your profile image (top right), then select Profile.

Change Your PIN

When updating your PIN, you must call from the number we have on file for you. That's to protect your security. And the number you dial depends on the type of card.

Close an Account

To close an account or your entire membership, please contact us.

Download Transactions

You can download your transactions from online banking. You can export as a comma separated (.csv), Open Financial Exhcnage (.ofx), Quicken (.qfx), or QuickBooks (.qbo) file.

Direct Connect
You can download your transactions to Quicken or QuickBooks using Web Connect or Express Web Connect. At this time, Direct Connect isn’t available. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.

Fraud Alerts

Real-time fraud monitoring is active on your credit and debit cards. If fraud is detected, the Fraud Department at Affinity Plus will contact you with the information we have on file for you, either by text, email or phone.

Responding to fraud alerts:

  • If you receive an alert by text, please reply Y or N. Texts are free.
  • If you receive an alert by phone or email, contact the Fraud Detection Department right away at (888) 918-7313.
  • We’ll never contact you and request your username, passcode, or verification codes. If someone asks, it’s a scam.

Get your PIN

For your security, we can't give out current PINs over the phone. But you can reset yours by calling from the number we have on file for you.

And the number you dial depends on the type of card.

Notify of Travel

Let us know about upcoming travel to ensure your credit or debit cards work properly while you’re out of town.

  • On a mobile device & on a laptop: From the More Links menu, select Travel Notice.

Order Checks

You can order checks easily through digital banking.

  • On a mobile device & on a laptop: Select your checking account from your dashboard (Accounts screen), then select Order Checks. You’ll be navigated to our partner website to order. Costs will vary based on your choices, but standard Affinity Plus checks with regular delivery (7-10 business days) are around $17.
  • If you have Interest Reward Checking, you get up to 4 boxes of free checks each year. To get your checks for free, select the style identified as "Affinity Plus Duplicate Custom" (valued at $17.00 per box).

Routing Number

Affinity Plus Routing Number: 296076301

Affinity Plus only has one routing number assigned for all accounts (other, larger financial institutions often have many).

The routing number is sometimes referred to as the ABA number or a routing transit number (RTN). It’s a unique 9-digit number that functions like an identifier or address for each financial institution in the United States.

Set Spending Limits

Set your credit or debit card to automatically decline transactions to help you manage your budget.

  • Set a transaction limit to decline purchases over a particular amount.
  • Set a monthly limit to decline purchases beyond that limit.
  • Set your card to decline all international purchases.

Here's how:

  • On a mobile device & on a laptop: Select your account in the account list, go to Card Services, then choose Advanced Card Controls.

Update Signers (Joint Owners)

Please contact us over video banking or come into a branch to update signers (joint owners) on an account. Both joint owners will need to sign paperwork to update the account.
