The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Members of Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 commencing at 6 p.m., at the principal offices of Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union at 175 West Lafayette Frontage Road, St. Paul, MN 55107. If you’re interested in attending the meeting virtually, please contact Lisa Goehring at  AnnualMeeting@affinityplus.org before March 25 to register for the virtual meeting. Members must be at least 18 years of age by the date of the meeting to vote at the meeting. As provided in the Affinity Plus bylaws, which are consistent with the model federal credit union bylaws of the National Credit Union Administration, 15 members constitute a quorum at the annual meeting.

Three director positions are to be filled at the 2026 Annual Meeting for the standard Board of Directors term of three years. As of the date of this notice, there are three nominees for these positions: Margaret Egan, Chad Trench, and Iris Cumberbatch. In addition, there are two nominees for a term of one-year. Nominees for these positions are: Deb Bednarz and Leslie Nagel.
