SWEEPSTAKES TIMING/DESCRIPTION: Sweepstakes entry begins 12:00 a.m. CT July 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on August 31, 2025 (“Entry Period”).  At the end of the Entry Period, a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries (see Eligibility requirements below) received during the Entry Period to select one (1) Prize Winner.   Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, principally located at 175 W. Lafayette Frontage Rd., St. Paul, MN 55107 (“APFCU”/”Sponsor”), is the sponsor of this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes will be subject to these Official Rules and by entering all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

ENTERING: No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter, visit https://affinityplus.org/landing/harmony/sounds-of-summer and complete registration. Upon completion, participant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Participants are permitted only one (1) entry per email address.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to natural persons who are legal residents of Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota or Wisconsin, and who are age 18 or older or the age of majority in your state of legal residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.  VOID IN PUERTO RICO, U.S.  VIRGIN ISLANDS, AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.  APFCU prize providers, and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, employees, agents, and suppliers, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate.  All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.  Entries must be complete to be eligible.  APFCU timekeeping is the official timing of the Sweepstakes.  Individuals are permitted only one (1) entry per email address.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations.  Submission of official entry or participation in these Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.  The decisions of APFCU with regards to Entries, Eligibility and all Rules for these Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.

PRIZE: The Prize Winner will receive two (2) VIP Premium Reserved Tickets to a select concert of their choice at The Fillmore® Minneapolis between October 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026. Total Approximate Retail Value is $400, depending on the concert selected. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Tickets to a particular concert are not guaranteed. Tickets are subject to availability, venue capacity, artist and age restrictions. Selection of ticket type and/or concert seat location is solely within Live Nation’s discretion. Parking, travel and accommodations are not included and are the sole responsibility of winner and guests. Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of concert under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call.  Grand Prize Winner and guest must be at least eighteen (18) years old and must abide by all venue policies. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke tickets in its sole discretion if it or venue personnel deem Prize Winner or guest(s) may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Winner must select concert within thirty (30) days of winning or forfeits the prize. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the concert. Resale of tickets is prohibited. Not valid for private events or rentals. Some blackout dates may apply. The tickets have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law. By claiming tickets, you agree to Live Nation’s Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of your event. No prize substitutions allowed, except at APFCU’s discretion a prize of equal or greater value may be provided.  Prizes are nontransferable and are not redeemable for cash. Lost, stolen, or unused prizes will not be replaced.  All expenses associated with the use and redemption of the Prize award are the sole responsibility of winner.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a prize award depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.  Prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received and any prize awarded is validly claimed by October 1, 2025 after which no alternate winners will be selected, nor unclaimed prize awarded.

WINNING: One (1) Prize Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received by random electronic drawing conducted by APFCU on or about September 1, 2025. Prize Winner need not be present to win. Official notice to winner will be sent by email on or about September 1, 2025.  Prize must be claimed within three (3) days of notification by APFCU. If a Prize Winner does not claim a Prize within this timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected. Prize Winners are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable tax or tax withholdings resulting from prize award. Any valuation of the Prize stated is based on available information provided to APFCU. The value of any Prize awarded to a winner will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Winner must provide APFCU with a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. A Form 1099 will be issued to the winner for value of prize $600 or more. 

By entering in these Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be contacted by APFCU for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and distributing any prize and award. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for these Sweepstakes, as well as the prize, or an entrant's compliance with these Official Rules will be resolved by APFCU in its sole discretion. All potential winners are subject to verification by APFCU. APFCU will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Each potential winner will be notified by mail, email or phone, as applicable. Each potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release ("Affidavit") and an I.R.S. Form W-9 as applicable (except where prohibited), which must be received by APFCU within seventy-two (72) hours of the time notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim a prize (if applicable). If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the required time period (if applicable), declines the prize or prize is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, APFCU will select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, up to three (3) alternate potential winners. All alternate potential winners are subject to all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. If an alternate winner declines the prize or is disqualified, the prize will not be awarded. 

If the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, APFCU, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, or programming errors or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth herein to be available and/or claimed, APFCU reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

PUBLICITY:  Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent for APFCU to use entrant’s name, social media identity, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. 

PRIVACY:  Information submitted by entrants will be collected by APFCU’s systems based in the United States and such collection will be subject to applicable United States laws. Entrants may withdraw personal data upon request; however, entrant will be disqualified if personal data is withdrawn prior to the determination of the winner and fulfillment of the prize. Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes consent for APFCU to use entrant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and awarding the prizes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  APFCU is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with these Sweepstakes, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access the website or online service, or for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction. APFCU, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”), or any related companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and respective agents and their agencies, suppliers and other companies involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, or the production or distribution of Sweepstakes materials ("Releasees") will not be liable for any printing error or irregular packaging. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL ANY OF THE RELEASEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THESE SWEEPSTAKES OR MERCHANDISE OFFERED, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE FOREGOING OR ANY OF THEIR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF APFCU IMPROPERLY DENIES A WINNER ANY PRIZE, LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE EQUIVALENT AMOUNT OF APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE. BY PARTICIPATING IN THESE SWEEPSTAKES, AN ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM OR ACTION RELATED TO SUCH MATTERS IN ANY FORUM BEYOND 1 YEAR AFTER THE FIRST OCCURRENCE OF THE KIND OF ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR OMISSION UPON WHICH THE CLAIM OR ACTION IS BASED. Sweepstakes winners agree to rely solely on the manufacturer's warranties, if any, for any prizes. These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota and the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principals of conflicts of law.  Releasees make no representation that the content on the website is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Those who choose to access the website act on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including any applicable local laws.  These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or other arrangements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Official Rules shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof (whether or not similar), nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided.  If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Official Rules, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that (i) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes (excluding any and all disputes and causes of action brought against the APFCU arising out of or connected with the any prize award) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest APFCU; (ii) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (iii) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. In the case that arbitration is prohibited by law, participant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action brought against the APFCU arising out of or connected with any prize award shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the United States District Court  - District of Minnesota in and for St. Paul, MN; or, if the District Court does not have jurisdiction, then before any other court sitting in Ramsey County, Minnesota, having subject matter jurisdiction; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, or statutory damages, but in no event attorneys' fees. All disputes, claims and causes of action brought against APFCU arising out of or connected with such any prize, and/or the use thereof shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Minnesota or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Minnesota. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Live Nation is not a sponsor of the Sweepstakes, and is in no way responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, the selection or the verification of winners. All inquiries regarding the Sweepstakes should be direct to Sponsor, at the address above, and not to LiveNation.
