Mortgage Payoff Requests
Members
You can request your mortgage payoff amount in digital banking. Just go to your mortgage account, then under Account Activity, click "See my mortgage details."
If you’re not registered for digital banking, please contact us to request your payoff amount.
Third Parties
Email us at mortgagepayoffs@affinityplus.org and include:
The borrower’s name, property address, loan number, payoff date needed, and the borrower’s authorization form (sent as an attachment).
