Apply Now for Affinity Plus Foundation Scholarships!

Taking applications through May 31 to award more than $100K for upcoming school year

ST. PAUL, MINN. (April 29, 2021) – The Affinity Plus Foundation is thrilled to announce it’s accepting scholarship applications for the 2021-2022 academic year. Affinity Plus increased the pool of dollars available this year, now with $100,000 in scholarships for Affinity Plus members to help cover tuition and books.

“Everyone has a dream, and at Affinity Plus, we want to try to help you achieve it,” said Adam Layne, Senior Community Engagement Specialist, Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union. “It’s not just a scholarship; it’s a head start for college and furthering someone’s education. At Affinity Plus, we recognize the importance of education and giving back to our members. All students, whether you are attending school in state or out of state, are encouraged to apply.” 

All primary member students attending or planning to attend college in 2021-2022 who are in good standing with Affinity Plus are encouraged to apply.

  • Each scholarship recipient will receive $3,000 towards tuition and books for the 2021-2022 school year
  • Each Affinity Plus branch and its surrounding communities, along with all college campuses where Affinity Plus has a branch or partnership will be guaranteed at least one scholarship 
  • Applicants can live in or be from any Affinity Plus branch community – all Affinity Plus student members attending college, including those who reside out of state, are encouraged to apply
