Ron Rollins has served on the Board of Directors since 2008. For the past thirty years, he has worked as a labor lawyer in Minneapolis, representing diverse unions and assisting them with negotiations and administration of their contracts. Past community experiences include serving as a board member for a Minneapolis neighborhood association and The Labor Arbitration Institute. Rollins attended Bowdoin College in Maine, followed by two years of service in the Peace Corps. He then attended law school at the University of Wisconsin.
