Radha Chavali joined Affinity Plus Credit Union as their CIO in May 2024. Radha has over two decades of technology experience with particular strengths in IT strategic planning, business process transformation, Enterprise program management, M&A, infrastructure and security modernization and IT operation optimization.

 She worked in several industries and multiple fortune 500 companies in the twin cities and has managed large technology portfolios, enterprise projects and globally distributed teams. As a strategic executive, she excels at aligning technology roadmaps with organizational goals, by cultivating strong business relationships and stakeholder alignment, ensuring a strong return on investment.

 An engineer by training, Radha holds MS in engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
