Build your dream home exactly where you want it. With our Construction Loan, you can finance the full building costs and the land, too. From start to finish, we’ll work with you and the third-party licensed builder of your choice.

  • Get started with 10% down, and finance up to 90% Loan to Value (LTV) of acquisition cost, within the conforming limit of $510,400.
  • Make Interest-only payments at a fixed, low rate during construction
  • Streamlined refinance process gets you into a conventional loan at closing
  • Quick turnaround for draw approvals – usually 72 hours or less



  • Can only be used for single-family properties and the primary residence
  • Home must be built using a third-party licensed General Contractor
  • Construction must not have been started yet
  • Home must be completed within 12 months of the construction note signing


Documents We'll Need

  • Final construction plans and specifications in order to obtain an appraisal
  • Purchase agreement for land (if purchasing land)
  • Permits
  • Certificate of Occupancy upon final inspection

We’ll also need some documentation from the builder to ensure they’re fully licensed and qualified, but we’ll work directly with them to get that.
