Auto Loan Approval Process.

Buying from a dealership

We’ll need a scanned copy of your purchase agreement showing us as the lienholder, with this address:

Buying from a private party

Email us these two things:

1. An image of the title
2. Current vehicle mileage

Send us an email with the following:

1. Your Signed Title (Physical Original AND a Photo of It)
1. Sign at the red X on the bottom (front side).
2. Take a photo of your signed title and attach it to your email.
3. In addition to the emailed photo, we’ll also need the physical original copy. You can either mail it to your loan contact (their address should be under their email signature), or drop it off at 1 of our branches. If you bring it to a branch, please let us know which one.
2. 15-Day Payoff Statement from Current Lender
   This must include the account number, mailing address, and 15-day payoff amount.
3. Insurance Details
   The name of your insurance company, policy number, and expiration date.
4. $13 DMV Fee
   We can roll this into the loan, or take it from 1 of your other Affinity Plus accounts. Let us know which you would prefer.
5. Payment Info
   Let us Know:
1. Your preferred monthly payment due date, and
2. If you’d like us to set up automatic payments for you. If yes, we’ll send you a separate email through a secure channel, asking for your account info. Please watch for that.

We need the following:

1. A picture of the current odometer reading.
2. A scanned copy of either your lease-buyout instructions, or the purchase agreement/application for title showing us as the lienholder, with this address:

3. How you’d like to pay the sales tax and DMV fee: We can roll it into the loan, or take it from 1 of your other Affinity Plus accounts.
