As of October 1, 2025 all City and County Employee Federal Credit Union (CCEFCU) accounts have officially been converted to Affinity Plus. We’re thrilled to welcome you and sincerely thank you for your patience during this process.
Now that the transition of accounts is complete, we encourage you to review the information below to ensure you’re fully aware of all important updates to your accounts.
About the Merger
Our goal as your credit union is to provide you with the great service you’ve grown to expect as a member of CCEFCU.
Along with retaining Brady Jones and the entire team, you can also expect expanded access to enhanced banking products and services, improved cybersecurity and fraud protection, and upgrades to the branch to make your banking experience more convenient.

- Official Affinity Plus welcome packet that will include: Terms and Conditions brochure, Fee Brochure, Rate Sheet, Truth-in-Savings Shares, Truth-in-Savings Certificates, Privacy Policy

Finalized conversion of all accounts and loans to Affinity Plus

Now that the member conversion is complete, we ask that you review the helpful updates below to ensure a seamless transition.
Accounts
Your account numbers and routing numbers have changed. Your new routing number is 296076301 (Affinity Plus).
Other changes to account numbers were mailed to your attention in late September. All other account information, including ACH, automatic transfers, direct deposits, etc., were automatically transitioned for you.
Digital Banking
You can now register for digital banking as well as our mobile banking app. Search for our mobile app in the Apple app store or Google Play by searching Affinity Plus.
Locations
You can continue to bank at the same location, where you’ll find the same friendly staff. However, effective November 1, the Albert Lea branch will no longer offer Saturday hours.
You can still contact Affinity Plus directly on Saturdays by phone or chat until 12:00pm. And you can also utilize 34 additional Affinity Plus branches across the state as well as 60,000+ fee free ATMs.
New Cards
If applicable, you should have received new Affinity Plus debit and/or credit card(s) to replace your CCEFCU card(s) in late September. Credit cards have been automatically activated for you, but debit cards should be activated by following the instructions found with the card.

Checks
You can now order a complimentary first box of checks through Digital Banking, by visiting a branch, or calling our contact center at (800) 322-7228.
Start using your new Affinity Plus checks once you receive them and discontinue using CCEFCU checks. Unused CCEFCU checks should be destroyed or brought to any Affinity Plus branch for shredding.
Other Details
Your credit union will still be member-owned, and your accounts will still be insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
Account, cards and loan terms may change depending on account type, since they’ll be converted to Affinity Plus accounts.
