This webinar explores the psychology behind why we spend the way we do—and how to regain control. Participants will learn how emotional triggers, cultural influences, advertising, and “frictionless” digital payments shape everyday spending habits, often without us realizing it. We’ll break down the most common cognitive biases—like anchoring, present bias, scarcity, and social proof—and show how they influence purchasing decisions.

The session then guides participants through aligning their money choices with their personal values, creating intentional habits, and building practical strategies to reduce impulse spending. Attendees will walk away with greater awareness, simple tools to pause before purchasing, and a clearer sense of how to make financial decisions that reflect what matters most.
