Business Membership Document Checklist

All of your Authorized Signers that you’d like on your Business membership will need to authorize a check of their credit.

Unless it’s an Unregistered Organization/Club, your business must be active with the MN Secretary of State (or the equivalent, if in another state).

One of the business owners must have a Personal membership with us. If your business type doesn’t have an owner, this applies to the main signer. 

We’ll need at least what’s listed for your business type, but may ask for more.

  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Certificate of Assumed Name (if using DBA)
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • EIN letter from the IRS
  • Government-issued photo IDs for all of your Authorized Signers

  • Certificate of Assumed Name

  • Partnership Agreement
