Affinity Plus and United Way Launch Born Learning Trail in St. Cloud
One of the things we really pride ourselves in is giving back to the communities we serve. It felt like a no-brainer to partner with the United Way of Central Minnesota to launch St. Cloud's Born Learning Trail.

The Born Learning Trail is an interactive, playful, and visible community engagement tool designed to help parents, caregivers, and communities support early learning by helping boost children’s language and literacy skills while encouraging families to get active. We believe that it’s essential to help our youth grow, flourish, and have the learning tools needed to set them up for success.
“Affinity Plus is proud to sponsor the Born Learning Trail at Lions Park. We believe in the power of education and are excited to support families in our community as they embrace these wonderful learning experiences, said Bruce Polish, St. Cloud Branch Manager, Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union. By fostering a love for learning from an early age, we can help children thrive and build a brighter future.”
Through an $7,500 contribution, Affinity Plus and its employees will both sponsor and maintain the trail for at least the next 5 years.
The Born Learning Trail is located approximately at 540 St. Andrews Drive, as part of Lion’s Park in Waite Park, Minnesota.
The path consists of ten interactive signs in English, Spanish, and Somali with activities to turn an outdoor trip into a fun learning experience all families can enjoy!
