Julie Cosgrove Joins Callahan & Associates Board of Directors
ST. PAUL, MINN. (Sept. 11, 2020) – Julie Cosgrove, Chief Talent Officer for Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union (Affinity Plus) has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Callahan & Associates, the national research, data and consulting firm out of Washington DC. Cosgrove will serve a 3-year term.
Julie believes in the power of cooperative finance and has long been an advocate for the contributions Callahan & Associates makes to the credit union movement. She oversees an HR function focusing on the retention, development, and satisfaction of employees, as well as evaluating current compensation and benefits programs. She also leads the Learning & Development team that provides training and education across the organization. In September of 2015, Julie returned to Affinity Plus, having previously worked for the credit union from 2000-2012 and established herself as a prominent leader in a variety of capacities.
In addition to her Affinity Plus responsibilities, Cosgrove serves on the Board of the District 196 Foundation, serving the Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan school district. She’s also a frequent Make-A-Wish Minnesota volunteer.
