Annual Meeting of the Membership

The 2024 Annual Meeting of the Members of Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 commencing at 6 p.m., at the principal offices of Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union at 175 West Lafayette Frontage Road, St. Paul, MN 55107. If you’re interested in attending the meeting virtually, please contact Lisa Goehring at AnnualMeeting@affinityplus.org before March 15 to register for the virtual meeting. Members must be at least 18 years of age by the date of the meeting to vote at the meeting. As provided in the Affinity Plus bylaws, which are consistent with the model federal credit union bylaws of the National Credit Union Administration, 15 members constitute a quorum at the annual meeting.

Three director positions are to be filled at the 2024 Annual Meeting for the standard Board of Directors term of three years. As of the date of this notice, there are three nominees for these positions: John Carlson, Robyn Cousin and Vichita Choi.
