Membership's required to open an account here or get a loan with us, and setting it up just takes a few steps.
Check Your Eligibility
Because credit unions are designed to serve people who share a common bond, eligibility is a factor for membership. But there are all kinds of ways to qualify! It could be where you live, work, go to school, or even if your roommate’s a member.
Gather Some Info
- Your social security number
- Your government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, tribal ID, or passport) with your current residential address. For applying online, you'll need this in a digital format to upload
- Funding for your new account (credit or debit card or bank account information to transfer from)
- International student or non-U.S. citizen? Your visa and other documentation (I-20, for example) will be used to establish your identity.
Open your Account(s)
The Membership Savings account represents your $10 share in the cooperative, and it’s required for all members. You can also open an additional account at the same time, if you’d like.

Please note: Our online application is only for U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents over the age of 18. Anyone else interested in membership can contact us for assistance in opening an account.
Opening an account or taking out a loan with us requires a credit report pull from consumer reporting agencies. We use this info to help verify your identity, and also to help decide on approval (or not) of your application. If you have a credit freeze, please temporarily release it before you apply.
