Affinity Plus Announces New Board Director
Vichita Choi joins Board of Directors in 2023 leadership changes
ST. PAUL, MINN. (March 31, 2022) – Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union (Affinity Plus) is pleased to announce the addition of Vichita Choi as to its Board of Directors, as well as the reelection of Robyn Cousin as Board Chair.The Board of Directors also voted to implement term limits, ensuring that the board’s make-up will be dynamic and can evolve with the credit union.
Choi works as the Director of Finance and Operations with First Quadrant Advisory, where she oversees Finance, HR, and IT. Her experience includes financial planning and analysis, strategy, capital investment, operational management, and process improvement.
Affinity Plus has had another successful year for net income and membership, including the addition of the credit union’s 250,000th member in March. The credit union’s investments in the member experience earned them the top national rank for returning value to their members, while also earning Forbes’ Best-In-State Credit Union Award. Affinity Plus is committed to financial inclusion, meeting the banking needs of underserved individuals and communities throughout Minnesota, and has also earned several additional industry accolades for this work.
