The changes to online banking are part of Affinity Plus’ larger effort to upgrade our entire digital experience for members. That includes online banking, our mobile app and a full refresh of our website.
Affinity Plus has improved stability, security and navigation. The navigation “look and feel” has changed, but we’re confident you’ll have no trouble understanding how to use the functions and features.
Nearly everything is enhanced with new online banking. Quick transfers are simple, fast and efficient. Set up paying your bills with just a few steps. See all our products and services at your convenience. And if you have questions, get in touch through secure messaging.
You’ll still be able to see all personal accounts; transfer money internally or externally; set up and monitor bill payments; order checks; apply for loans; receive special Affinity Plus offers; and much more.
Your user ID remains the same. You will be asked to create a new password (always a good idea to do this periodically!), a new special security picture and new security questions. The latter two items you only have to do once.
For security, your separate personal and business accounts each will require a login.

Popmoney is only available through online banking. Popmoney is not available through the mobile banking app.

Video tutorials and resources are available to guide you through several of the features in online banking including registration, Money Desktop, external transfers and secure messaging.
Three features members have requested include (1) touch login; (2) ‘quick balance’ - the ability to see all your accounts without logging in; and (3) a full set of tools to transfer money, set up bill payments and contact Affinity Plus with the touch of a button.
Yes! Remote deposit capture remains a key feature that works just as it does now. Even better, a percentage of your funds will be immediately available. Depending on the amount of your deposit, that can be up to $500.
You will need to install the new app, and we’re finalizing plans for the best, simplest way to do that. As we draw closer to launch date, we’ll share more information.
The new Affinity Plus mobile app will run on the two latest versions of iOS and Android. As of this writing (November 2017) that includes iOS versions 10 and 11. For Android devices, that includes versions 6 and 7, with upcoming support for version 8.
