You can register through the browser on your tablet or phone. However, note that online banking is not yet mobile-optimized, so it will not automatically fit content to your screen. To help users like you, we are investigating this enhancement for the future.

Yes. The primary member will create the username and password during registration and will need to share this information with joint users.

If the membership was opened by one individual and another was added, the person who opened the membership is the primary member. If you opened a membership jointly with another person, you can contact us to confirm the person listed as the primary member. 

Registration for online banking cannot occur through the mobile app. However, you can register through the browser on a mobile device, like a tablet or phone. Note online banking is not yet mobile-optimized so the image will not automatically adjust to fit your screen. We're investigating this enhancement for the future.
