Global Banking Launch
As a growing organization that puts members first and strives to provide innovative, efficient, and capable technology to meet the needs of all of our members, we have been anxiously awaiting the launch of our new online banking system. Unfortunately, we’ve realized during the final stages of launching this new system that it will not allow us to provide the type of experience our members expect and deserve. A successful online banking system includes Internet Banking, Phone Banking, Mobile Banking, Payment System Integration, online Business Services, as well as the ability to handle growth and change. Your feedback has been critical as you’ve pointed out many areas that require more attention. While this is a step back in the timing we had hoped for, we believe postponing the launch is the right thing to do.
Again, thank you for all of your help with testing. As you transition back to using Access Plus online banking, we would be honored to help you. Since features such as external and reoccurring transfers, wire transfers, and micro-deposits are not available in the current banking system, contact us so we ensure your transition is seamless.
