Streamlined refinance at closing gets you into a conventional loan when construction is complete.

Most draw approvals are made in 72 hours or less. Because we want to keep your construction on schedule, too.
Affinity Plus Servicing
Local Affinity Plus staff will work directly with the licensed builder of your choice and all parties, on your behalf, during construction.
And we’ll be your servicing partner over the entire repayment period of the loan.
Requirements
Homes being built must meet the following requirements:
- Single-family property and a primary residence
- Are being built using a third-party licensed General Contractor
- Be completed within 12 months of the construction note signing

Documents Needed To Get Started
We'll need these for final loan approval:
- Final construction plans and specifications needed to obtain an appraisal
- Purchase agreement for the land (if purchasing land)
- Sworn Construction Statement
- Scope of work
- From your builder – Copy of builder's license and proof of Licensed General Contractor
We'll work with you and your builder to collect the documentation we require to approve a construction loan. And we'll work with your builder to get copies of construction permits.

Disclosures
Closing costs will apply. Homeowner's insurance is required on the property securing the loan. New or existing Affinity Plus membership is required. All loans are subject to approval.
