Before Friday, Sept. 28 at 5 p.m.

During the 3-day upgrade, you will be able to get cash at ATMs and spend with your debit/credit cards and checks. But you won't have access to account balance information, or new bill payments and transfers. So we recommend doing a few things to prepare for the downtime.

Check Your Balances

Let’s avoid unnecessary overdrafts! Be sure you know how much is in your account(s) on Friday, Sept. 28 so you don’t accidentally withdraw or spend too much over the weekend. Also consider any automatic transfers or other payments that may be scheduled to come out during those 3 days (they’ll go as planned).

Plan Ahead for Bills & Transfers

Already-scheduled bill payments and other transfers will process as planned, but you won’t be able to create any new transfers or new bill payments until Tuesday, Oct. 2. You also won’t be able to edit any scheduled transactions during that time.

Scheduled Upgrade Weekend

We were thoughtful when choosing these dates, and it’s normal that upgrades like these take a few days. Below you’ll find exactly which services will and won’t be available during this time.

Cash from ATMs

You’ll be able to withdraw cash, subject to daily limits. You can also deposit cash or checks to ATMs during this time, but they won’t be reflected in your balance until Oct. 2.

Debit Cards

You’ll be able to use your debit card, subject to daily limits.

Credit Cards

You’ll be able to use your credit cards, subject to your current credit limit and daily limits.

Checks

You’ll be able to use your checks.

To avoid overdraft fees, we recommend checking your balance on Friday, then keeping careful track of your debits and withdrawals over the weekend.

Deposits to ATMs

You can deposit cash or checks to ATMs during this time, but they won’t be reflected in your balance until Oct. 2.

Loan Payments, Transfers, Direct Deposits

Online Banking & The Mobile App

You won’t be able to log in to either online banking (through AffinityPlus.org) or the mobile banking app from 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28 until the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 2.

Branch Locations

All branches will close at their normal time on Friday (most of them close at 5 p.m.) and will remain closed until the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 2.

Call Centers

Member advisors won’t be able to take calls from 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28 until the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 2.

Live Chat

Member advisors won’t be able to respond to Live Chats from 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28 until the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 2.

Automated Bank by Phone

This service won’t be available from 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28 until the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 2.

Quicken & QuickBooks

MyPlus RewardsTM

You won't be able to view or redeem points from 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28 until Tuesday, Oct. 2. And though you'll continue earning points during that time, they won't appear in your balance until Wednesday, Oct. 3.
