Annual Scholarship

Primary members can earn up to $5,000 for their leadership, character, community building and pursuit of education.

Application Period: Closed.

Who Can Apply

Incoming freshmen, current students, graduate students or nontraditional students who are also:

Planning to attend or already enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited nonprofit school, a public or private college, community college, or technical college in the United States. (Awards won't be disbursed until you're accepted and enrolled in a U.S-accredited institution.)

Affinity Plus primary members (with your own member number) in good standing. Don't have your own membership yet? Join Affinity Plus, then apply for the scholarship! An exception: Both spouses on the same account can apply.

But NOT any of the following:

  • Previous scholarship winners
  • Substantial Contributors to the Affinity Plus Foundation
  • Employees and/or board members of Affinity Plus or the Affinity Plus Foundation
  • Affinity Plus Foundation Scholarship Committee members and their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings and parents)

The Affinity Plus Foundation is a 501(c)(3) established in 2000 by Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union. The Foundation's mission is to engage, educate and empower individuals and communities.
