As you may have read in our fall Member Focus newsletter, online banking will be upgraded in November.
The upgrade will give online banking a fresh look and feel while offering you access to all of the same convenient services in a user-friendly way.
The upgrade will also provide you with additional services, including:
Budgeting and Financial Management Tools:
Budget and manage your Affinity Plus accounts and those held elsewhere through Money Desktop. Aggregate all of your accounts using this tool so you can track your spending and establish a money management plan.
External Account Transfers:
Set-up, manage and transfer money to and from your Affinity Plus accounts and those at other credit unions and banks.
Improved Mobile Banking:
With an updated look and intuitive navigation, you’ll be able to use all the features that make banking on-the-go a breeze such as remote deposit capture, transfers and account history.
As a part of the registration process, you will set up a unique login and password along with setting up three unique challenge questions. Plus, you will select a picture and special phrase to confirm you're on the correct online banking site. As you make changes to your account, you’ll receive emails or text messages to confirm your changes.
