Domestic-abuse victims will have access to free financial-education programming through a grant given by the Affinity Plus Foundation, the foundation announced today.

The programming will be hosted by the Domestic Abuse Project (DAP), a Twin Cities-based organization that works with victims and families of domestic abuse to provide counseling, advocacy and prevention outreach.

Grand Rapids, Minn., Affinity Plus employees are marking their fourth year of volunteering with Meals on Wheels to help deliver meals to program participants. Ann Mack, branch manager for Affinity Plus’ Highway 2 branch, said her staff provides 10 to 15 meals each week. She estimates they’ve delivered over 2,000 since 2012.  Read More...
