ST. PAUL, MINN. (June 17, 2021) – Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union (Affinity Plus) has been named one of the Top 175 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune for the fourth year in a row. Affinity Plus made the top 10, ranking #7 on the list of large companies.

Top 175 Workplace 2021 LogoTop Workplaces recognizes the most-progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from over 120,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.

The rankings in the Star Tribune Top 175 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.

“Every day, our employees create meaningful connections with our members across the state of Minnesota,” said Dave Larson, President and CEO of Affinity Plus. “We are so proud to be recognized as a Top Workplace by the Star Tribune for the fourth year in a row. Having an engaged group of employees allows us to do even more for our members and communities and we are honored to receive this type of recognition.”

To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Nearly 3,000 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.
