**Your monthly payment on a 30 year home loan at a rate of 6.875%, not including your escrow payments, would be $6.57 per $1,000 borrowed. For example, if you borrowed $200,000, your principle and interest payment would be $1199.10 per month.

*Your monthly payment on a 3/1 ARM at a rate of 6.00%(Amortized over 30 years, fixed rate for three years, adjustable after) not including your escrow payments, would be $6.00 per $1,000 borrowed. For example, if you borrowed $200,000, your principle and interest payment would be $1314.11 per month.

**Your monthly payment on a 5/1 ARM at a rate of 6.25%(Amortized over 30 years, fixed rate for three years, adjustable after) not including your escrow payments, would be $6.16 per $1,000 borrowed. For example, if you borrowed $200,000, your principle and interest payment would be $1231.43 per month.

The Accelerate interest rates change daily and are based on the

10-year bond, but once you lock-in, your rates are fixed for the life of the loan.

Flexible terms

Conventional home loans typically come in two sizes--15 and 30 years. The Accelerate Mortgage is available in terms from 5 to 12* years--the choice is yours. Accelerates rates are so low you may be able to shorten your term and keep your monthly payments the same.

Minimal fees

Refinancing can typically cost you thousands of dollars in points or closing costs. Not Accelerate. Weve trimmed the expenses to a flat fee, depending on what size loan you get.
