RECORDS REPRESENTATIVE
Hours: 3 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

If being a part of a relationship-based organization drives you, share your experience, knowledge, and customer service skills with Affinity Plus as a Records Service Representative in our St. Paul headquarters. In this position, you will be required to use your superior prioritizing skills as well as your ability to be organized and detail orientated. You will be working with our scanning team on document scanning initiatives. While also, performing a variety of duties, including processing and data entry of member information on a daily basis and finding trends to make improvements to processes that work to meet our members needs. Successful candidates will have at least 1-2 years of administration, financial experience, and customer relationship building skills along with excellent communication and organizational skills. You must also have a positive, can-do attitude.

Excellent communication and the ability to think beyond traditional solutions are essential.
